Historical Background:
The Antonov An-12BK with registration UR-CNN was manufactured in July 1967 at the Tashkent-Vostochny factory. Initially delivered to Aeroflot as CCCP-11032, the aircraft served various operators over the decades, including Baikal Airlines, Novosibirsk Avia, Tenir Airlines, and Aero-Charter Ukraine. In December 2014, it was registered as UR-CNN under Cavok Air.
Throughout its service with Cavok Air, UR-CNN operated cargo flights across Europe and beyond. Notable destinations included Leipzig (Germany), Ostend (Belgium), Palma de Mallorca and Málaga (Spain), Glasgow Prestwick (Scotland), and Helsinki (Finland). The aircraft was recognized for its distinctive orange-and-black livery, occasionally seen without the Cavok logo on the tail.
After accumulating over 50,000 flight hours and completing more than 18,000 flights, UR-CNN made its final flight on March 28, 2025, landing at Piešťany Airport in Slovakia, where it was officially retired from service.
