The Antonov An-12BK with registration EK-11001, serial number 8346107, was constructed in 1968. Initially serving in the Soviet Air Force under the registration CCCP-11244, the aircraft transitioned to civilian operations in the early 2000s. On December 28, 2003, it was registered with Air Armenia as EK-11001, where it operated cargo flights across Europe and Asia. Photographs from 2004 to 2009 document its operations at various international airports, including Amsterdam Schiphol, Warsaw Chopin, and Frankfurt-Hahn. In April 2015, the aircraft was re-registered as EY-411 under Asia Airways. Later, in November 2021, it was registered as EW-518TI with Grodno Aviakompania. Unfortunately, on November 3, 2021, the aircraft crashed while operating for Grodno Aviakompania.
